Emergency plumber in Cape Town
Water causing damage needs a phone conversation. Bobby’s published service includes 24-hour emergency call-outs; call to explain the problem and confirm whether he can attend.
What makes a plumbing problem urgent?
Water spreading through a room, a burst supply pipe, a leaking geyser or sewage backing up into a property needs prompt attention. Describe what is happening rather than trying to identify the failed part. A slow drip or a planned replacement can usually start with a normal enquiry.
What to tell Bobby when you call
Give your suburb, the exact place where water is appearing, whether it is still flowing, and whether more than one fixture is affected. Say if water is near electrical equipment or if access to the property is difficult. Mention any steps already taken and whether an insurer is involved.
Before help arrives
Keep people away from wet electrical equipment and contaminated water. If you know where the property’s water shut-off is and can reach it safely, explain that to Bobby and ask what to do. Avoid climbing into a roof, dismantling a geyser or opening fittings to investigate.
Confirm the call-out arrangements
Ask about availability, the applicable after-hours charge and what an initial visit covers. Twenty-four-hour emergency call-outs do not imply a guaranteed arrival time. The published rates and working hours are available separately; confirm current charges before work starts.
Questions about this enquiry
Can I send an emergency WhatsApp message?
For active damage, phone first. A WhatsApp description can support a conversation but should not be treated as confirmation that Bobby has seen or accepted an urgent job.
Is there a fixed emergency arrival time?
No arrival time is promised on this website. Bobby must confirm availability and travel arrangements for your suburb.
